What does an Oran Group Traveller Package include?

Oran Group Traveler Packages include the following:
  1. Pick up from the pick-up destination and travel throughout your trip
  2. Accommodation
  3. Transport to and from our pre planned activities.
  4. 30-minute morning and tuck visits and day-time assistance from our core care team.

Unfortunately, we are unable to collect you directly from your house due to the additional travel time this will add for other travellers. We can, however, arrange home collection on bespoke and individual holidays.

we are unable to provide care between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am. This is since our carers also need rest time on our trips. 

We can arrange for an overnight carer to be present on individual packages, although you will be required to provide suitable sleeping arrangements for any overnight carers.

We will be able to provide additional equipment and care visits as well as personally assigned carers during the day if your care requirements are more complex. Additional care and equipment usually come at an extra cost. Call us at any time and we can provide you with a quote for this.

Breakfast is included in your travel package. You will, however, be required to pay for food throughout the day and in the evening.

We partner with hotels, guesthouses, and other accommodations that meet strict accessibility standards, including step-free entrances, accessible bathrooms, and features like grab bars and roll-in showers. We inspect each accommodation to make sure it meets the needs of our guests.

Yes, we offer accessible vehicles equipped with ramps or lifts, ample space for wheelchairs, and comfortable seating arrangements for all travelers. We can arrange transportation for airport pickups, guided tours, and even longer journeys across Scotland.

Our group travel packages usually have between 5 and 10 attendees depending on a variety of factors including needs of attendees.

Absolutely! Our accessible tours are designed to accommodate travellers of all ages. Family and friends are more than welcome to join. Family and friends will be charged at the normal rate for Group Travel attendees so it may be worth exploring our bespoke packages if you want to travel with a larger group.

Yes, we offer tailored services for travelers with sensory disabilities, including visual and hearing impairments. We can provide accessible guides, sign language interpreters (upon request), and ensure that activities are inclusive for all.

Yes, we also specialize in creating customized itineraries based on your interests and accessibility requirements. Whether you want to explore Scotland’s castles, take in the natural scenery, or visit specific cultural sites, we’ll tailor your trip to suit your needs.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons as spaces are limited. This ensures we can secure the most accessible accommodations, vehicles, and activities for your journey.

We take every precaution to ensure that travellers with medical conditions are well cared for during their trip. We can arrange for special medical equipment, coordinate with your care provider to build a bespoke care plan for the trip.

We strongly recommend taking out insurance to cover any last-minute cancellations. You can cancel free of charge up to 90 days before the departure date of your holiday. We may be able to refund or partially refund part of your trip under exceptional circumstances although we cannot guarantee this.

We understand that plans may change, and we’re flexible in accommodating adjustments to your itinerary. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to make the necessary changes to your travel plans.
